1. Assembly of the outer ring of the main bearing
1. The transmission cover is initially installed to support the crankshaft.
2. Stand the body upright, with the flywheel facing upwards, place a high enough skid on the bottom, and make the body vertical without tilting.
3. After assembling a bearing outer ring lock spring, put the bearing outer ring into the bearing seat hole, use a special pressure plate and a metal rod to drive the bearing outer ring, and then install another lock spring. Install all the main bearing outer rings into the body seat holes as above.
2. Assembly of the crankshaft
1. Clean the crankshaft and each main bearing and blow dry.
2. Fix the special lifting ring of the hoisting tool on the rear flange of the crankshaft through two screws, and then use the hoisting tool to hoist the crankshaft. At this time, it must be ensured that the center of the crankshaft is coaxial with the bearing hole of the body. Apply clean lubricating oil to the roller bearing, and then slowly put the crankshaft into the bearing hole of the body. In order to assemble the crankshaft smoothly, careful arrangements should be made during the selection of the main bearing and the outer ring, that is, the inner diameter of the outer ring of the first bearing should be the largest, and each subsequent channel should gradually become smaller; the corresponding outer diameter of the main bearing should also be the first One is the largest, and then each one becomes smaller in turn. In this way, the assembly will not cause inconvenience to the assembly of the crankshaft due to the too small clearance of a certain bearing in the middle. Pay attention to avoid the collision between the connecting rod journal and the outer ring of the main bearing during the assembly process, so as not to damage the journal.
3. After the crankshaft is installed in the body, it should be flexible and free to rotate the crankshaft at the flywheel end. If there is a phenomenon of stagnation, it should be quickly ruled out.
